The Center for English Language Immersion (CELI) is an innovative learning environment where students work with highly skilled teachers to learn English by utilizing communicative language learning techniques and practices. CELI’s approach to language learning supports students’ consistent improvement of their English communication and autonomous learning skills.
Mission
CELI is a non-profit learning community which aims to be a leader in providing exceptional English language instruction, while at the same time fostering people-to-people ties and knowledge exchanges between the U.S. and Panama.
